I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The rooms were not only very clean and modern but also incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. The view from the room was fantastic, offering an excellent outlook that couldn't be beat. The only downside was that the room is small for the size of the hotel.

The service was friendly overall, but some mix-ups occurred like wrong information given about the restaurant location and issues with credit card recording. The location, especially for conference attendees, was perfect being next to the convention center and providing easy access to key attractions. The dining experience was good overall, with a few hiccups in accuracy. The hotel facilities were adequate.

Staying on the 14th floor in one of the Hotel's newly renovated suites gave me an unparalleled view of Capetown. The quality of service, from the buffet breakfasts to the van service to the V & A, and the cocktail hour wine buffet, was extremely high.
